Bahram Ghassemi, in response to recent Saudi Arabian foreign minister's remarks, reminded of the severely destructive role played by Saudis in the region, and noted that during the last few years, the countries of the region have seen no positive measures by Saudi Arabia, but human rights abuses, sowing discord between Arab and Islamic countries, repetition and publication of unfounded claims, the economic blockade of the neighboring countries, threatening of other countries to waging war on their soil, provoking differences between minorities and ethnic groups, pressuring on political officials of other countries to resign and suppress their dignity, interfering in others' affairs in order to destabilize the region and attempt to disrupt international agreements.
"Such policies are serious warning for the whole region and the world that should be stopped as soon as possible. Saudi Foreign Minister Adel Al-Jubeir's gestures and projections will certainly not diminish the country's responsibility to undermine regional stability and security,” he noted.
