TEHRAN, Nov. 05 (MNA) – Leader of the Islamic Revolution has made new appointments in high command of the Army of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei’s directive on Sunday replaced Brigadier General Ahmadreza Pourdastan with Brigadier General Mohammad Hossein Dadras in the position of Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the Army of Iran. Dadras has been serving as deputy coordinator of the Iranian Army.

The second directive addressed the position of Iranian Navy command; Rear Admiral Hossein Khanzadi replaced Habibollah Sayyari, who will serve as the deputy coordinator of the Iranian Army, the previous post of BG Dadras.
