TEHRAN, Oct. 18 (MNA) – Expatriation and heightening security approach in Bahrain could worsen the situation in Bahrain, said an anonymous source at Iran’ ministry of foreign affairs.

“Tightening security measures and enforcing outdated punishments like depriving protestors from their national citizenship not only helps the resolution of the current situation but will also further complicate the condition,” said an informed source at Iranian foreign ministry.

The Iranian diplomat who spoke on the condition of anonymity made the remarks on response to the “threadbare” accusations of Bahraini interior minister dismissed the claims against the Islamic Republic of Iran saying, “I advise Bahraini officials to find out the roots of their problems instead of projecting and leveling baseless accusations against other countries.”
