TEHRAN, Sep. 03 (MNA) – A bunker complex for counter-offensive drones was opened by Brigadier General Farzad Esmaili, the commander of the Khatam al-Anbia Air Defense Base, on Sunday.

“Maybe the enemies think that they can attack on Iran, but have they thought how to escape alive after the attack,” said General Esmaili, during the opening ceremony of the bunker complex for counter-offensive drones on Sunday.

The new protection shelter and the drones put in it are equipped with the comprehensively integrated system of Iran’s air defense system which works with diverse frequency spectra and radar systems.

“If needed, we will shoot down enemy planes with missiles,” reassured the commander, “if needed, we will use electronic warfare and warnings to land the aircraft, otherwise we will flood upon the flying enemy with a deluge if counter-offensive drones.”

The chief of the counter-offense forces of Iran’s air security recounted that the bunker and its drones were designed, manufactured, placed, and put into operation in less than 7 years.
