After a visit to the camps in Areesha, Ein Issa and Mabrouka, Unicef representative Fran Equiza was sorry that thousands of minors were displaced by violence and suffer bad experiences.
The Unicef representative illustrated the situation with the case of Rawan, the resident one of Raqqa of 11 years, who affirmed: "Earlier we were playing, but later the darkness came".
In accordance with Equiza, although some children have managed to escape of Raqqa and other cities, many remain caught in combat stages.
With regard to the particular Raqqa situation, he was sorry that the city is completely isolated of the humanitarian assistance and that the families have not stable access to the meal and the drinking water.
