TEHRAN, Apr. 16 (MNA) – During the week ending up to April 13, Iran Mercantile Exchange was the host for trading of more than 647,938 of various commodities worth over 273 million USD in spot and side markets.

According to the report from IME International Affairs and PR, last week, on the domestic and export metal and mineral trading floor of IME, 118,817 MT of various products worth close to 115 million USD were traded.

On this trading floor, 108,467 MT of steel products, 3,150 MT of copper, 7,000 MT of aluminum, 200 MT of molybdenum concentrates as well as 10 Kg of gold were traded.

The report declares that on domestic and export oil and caltrading floors of IME, 283,382 MT of different commodities with the total value of 134 million USD were traded.

On this trading floor, more than 109,74 MT of bitumen, 54,312 MT of polymer products, 46,000 MT of VB feed stock as well as 31,000 MT of lube-cut oil, 23,709 MT of chemical products, 890 MT of sulfur and 50 MT of argon were traded.

Moreover, on the agricultural trading floor of IME, 63,489 MT of various commodities worth over 23 million USD were traded. On this trading floor, 46,750 MT of wheat, 14,500 MT of sugar, 74 MT of eggs and 1,300 MT of crude vegetable oil and 865 MT of feed barley were traded by the customers.

It is worth noting that during the last week the side market of IME witnessed trading of 2,250 MT of ammonium sulfate and phosphate concentrates.
