“The element of hope in the society should be bolstered,” said Ali Akbar Salehi, the Head of the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran (AEOI) on Thursday. “A society without hope is unable to move forward.”
“I wonder why some people are after spreading hopelessness, despair, and disappointment in society,” questioned the Iranian official. “Perhaps, election-related issues or partisan benefits have given incentive to some people to instill hopelessness in society.”
“Our country, secured its rights in the JCPOA at the highest level of honor,” asserted Mr. Salehi. “I wish those critics of the JCPOA had told us what we were supposed to do about the JCPOA that we did not.”
The top official of Iran’s nuclear program reassured that the Islamic Republic of Iran is today conducting all activities of its nuclear agenda, including exploration, research and development, enrichment, and running reactors. “What we were supposed to hold on to that we gave up is unknown to me.”
