TEHRAN, Jan. 22 (MNA) – Tennis players from 15 countries have voiced readiness to compete at the 2nd Fajr Junior Tennis Tournament to be held in Kish Island.

The second edition of Fajr Junior Tournament, an event to commemorate victory of the Islamic Revolution, will kcik off on January 30 in Kish Island and will run through February 04, 2017.

The outdoor sportive event will be held in both boys and girls singles and doubles categories on clay surface.

According to the International Tennis Federation (ITF), different counties like Iran, Turkey, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Poland, Greece, Pakistan, Belgium, US, Hong Kong, India, Sweden, Russia and Germany have announced readiness to participate in the upcoming event.

Amir Mohammad Adabju and Sadaf Saeghvaziri of Iran are medal hopefuls in boys and girls divisions, respectively.
