Secretariat of the science council, research and technology and science policy research center of Islamic republic of Iran to identify achievements, challenges and opportunities of research technology and innovation field in the eyes of photographers and cartoonists holds the second completion of “research, technology and innovation in the eyes of photographers and cartoonists”.
Festival organizer invites all of interested, students and professionals around the world to participate in this competition. The final deadline for entries is Nov 20, 2016.
Rules:
Each participant can send up to 5 cartoons.
Each participant must send his/her full name, post address, email address & phone number) via word file.
Cartoons must be of 200 Dpi resolutions, width or length 2000 pixel & Jpg format.
Participants shoud nt send cartoons winning a prize pefore.
Prizes:
Five 1000$ for 5 cartoonists with 5 honorable mentions
