BIFF was held on Columbus Day weekend (Oct. 7-10) – held exclusively in Buffalo, NY and utilizing The North Park Theater, Hallwalls Contemporary Arts Center, and Squeaky Wheel Film & Media Art Center as its mainstay host sites. More than 100 films, panels and special events were showcased from 20 countries – 2 World Premieres, 5 US Premieres, and 30 Western New York Premieres.
