TEHRAN, Sep. 24 (MNA) – Amir Masoud Soheili’s short film 'Blue-Eyed Boy' will go on screen in New York.

A short film event in New York entitled "Young Filmmakers" will display Iran's short Blue-Eyed Boy on September 28.

Produced in 2014 and lasting for 18 minutes, Blue-Eyed Boy recounts the story of a young boy with unusual color blindness which causes him to see the world in blue. When medical treatment fails to help, his parents take him to a local shaman for remedy.

Blue-eyed Boy, which is Soheili's latest short film, premiered in Canada's EBIFF, and was selected in more than 40 international film festival.
