TEHRAN, Sep. 24 (MNA) – Iranian Wrestling Federation, in line with development of the sportive field in the world, signed a cooperation agreement with the Pacific Wrestling Federation (PWF).

In an attempt to expand wrestling all around the world, Iran had previously inked similar contracts with other continents like America and Africa.

The newly-signed contract with the Pacific Wrestling Federation (PWF) contains several provisions including deployment of couches to Pacific countries, holding couching courses as well as setting up training camps in Iran.

Iran’s Federation of Wrestling has also made an official request to the United World Wrestling (UWW) to host Level 1 Coaches Course in the year 2017.

According to the proposal, a number of Iranian instructors will hold various theoretical and practical courses in Tehran Wrestling House.

Detailed course features and hosting dates will be announced as soon as UWW issues final approval for Iran's hosting the event.
