TEHRAN, Jul. 28 (MNA) – Deputy-head of CTU has said Iranian tech companies will participate in Germany’s world-renowned CEBIT exhibition in 2017.

Bagher Bahri, Deputy Director of the Computer Trade Union (CTU) told reporters on Wednesday that the participation would improve the position of Iranian ICT companies around the world; “after a few sessions with CEBIT representative in Iran, now we are on the brink of signing a deal to give a chance to Iranian tech companies to enjoy international publicity in CEBIT in 2017; the movement is to revive the interests of Iranian companies. The international participation will give these companies leverage and confidence in presenting their products in a global platform,” he added.

“Organization has attempted to bring Iranian companies and start-ups seeking space in the exhibition; no less important is to connect Iranian ICT to other countries’ products and industries; we are persistent in this and will have an Iranian presence in the exhibition,” Bahri told the press.
