Pakistan’s former ambassador to Tehran Noor Mohammad Jadmani was the first outgoing ambassador meeting with Zarif in his ultimate session as ambassador. They discussed the latest developments in Iran-Pakistan relations; “Tehran and Islamabad have been enjoying strategic ties which contribute to more extended bilateral relations; we hope to see more active banking activity through measures taken to accelerate the pace of bringing reforms to banking system,” Zarif told the meeting. “We see no restrictions to bilateral relations and appreciate Pakistan’s ambassador’s good offices during his term in embassy to make positive changes, and would welcome Pakistan’s new incoming ambassador.”
