Ghasemi, who is staying in Germany to attend training courses as well as a number of European tournaments, took part in the 20th edition of National Meeting competitions held on Sunday in the German city of Jena.
The Iranian athlete claimed the title at 100m sprint while he also bagged the bronze medal of the 200m running event.
Ghasemi clocked 10:40 seconds in the preliminary round en route to the finals where he finished at 10.28 seconds winning the gold medal of the sportive event.
Following a short break, the Iranian runner appeared at the start line of 200m sprint where he clocked 21:12 in a tough encounter against rivals and stood on the third podium.
Accompanies by his couch Hamed Ahmadpour in Germany, Iran’s Reza Ghasemi is preparing for 2016 Summer Olympic Games in Rio, Brazil also seeking to book tickets for the 200m event.
