The Islamic Republic of Iran's Ambassador to Syria Mohammadreza Raouf Sheibani attended the office of the Lebanese Hezbollah in Tehran on Saturday on the sidelines of a ceremony to mark the martyrdom of Mustafa Badreddine.
“Martyr Badreddine was a mujahid and militant in the axis of the Lebanese Resistance,” stressed Raouf Sheibani adding “he carried out numerous activities and brought about great losses for the Zionists.”
The Iranian ambassador maintained “given the Syrian crisis, Badreddine had been put in charge of Hezbollah forces by the leader of the Resistance Front and his leadership led to invaluable victories.”
“Field conditions have their own ups and downs and we observe notable success on the part of the Resistance Axis and Syria in the current crisis,” commented the official adding “enemies had planned to win in less than a month though we have been experiencing years of endurance on the part of Resistance forces.”
The Iranian ambassador to Syria reiterated “at the present time, enemies are forming groups to launch negotiations with the Syrian army.”
Touching upon the conditions in Khan Touman village, Raouf Sheibani emphasized “the Syrian village marks the forefront of war in the southwest of Aleppo which is being directly fed from the flow of fighters; therefore, turbulences are always expected to occur in the battle zone.”
The official evaluated the general trend on southwest of Aleppo as in favor of the Syrian army concluding “encouraging news will come through in near future.”
