DAMASCUS, May 14 (MNA) –Syrian Army sources have confirmed the death of 39 terrorists and the destruction of five artillery vehicles during attacks in the northern provinces of Hama, Idleb and Homs.

The action was carried out against members of al-Nusra Front in the towns of Tel Skalk in Hama, 250 kilometers north of Damascus, where 28 terrorists were killed and four artillery trucks were destroyed.

In Idleb, military units destroyed an artillery vehicle and killed 11 terrorists, near the town of Altmanah, including the Saudi-born ringleader Abu Yusef al-Yaberi.

In all these attacks, the Army has had the cooperation of the Air Force, which is conducting air strikes against Islamic State targets in the province of Homs, about 162 kilometers northeast of Damascus.
