The news of murdering and arresting hundreds of Muslims in Nigeria, while boycotted by the news outlet of the hypocrite defenders of the human rights has grieved Muslims across the globe, reads the message of Iranian Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidence, Ali Jannat, according to the public relations office of the Ministry.
His message came after the catastrophic event during which Nigerian forces invaded the house of Sheikh Ibrahim al-Zakzaky, the Leader of the Islamic Movement in Nigeria, on Saturday 12 December 2015 and killed his son, wife and followers.
Jannati lamented in his message that a person like Zakzaky, who had spent his life and sacrificed his family for peace and democracy in Nigeria, has been brutally arrested.
The Iranian minister demands an immediate measure by the Nigerian government to restore peace for this acclaimed clergyman and his followers in Nigeria.
In addition to a mighty response to the tenants of the disaster, measures should be undertaken to prevent extremism and Takfiri terrorism from developing in Nigeria which would lead to further occurrence of similar events, reassured Jannati in his message.
