TEHRAN, Nov. 08 (MNA) – An Iranian delegation left Tehran for Riga in Latvia on Saturday to review ways to widen cordial ties in the political, economic and cultural areas.

Headed by Iranian MP Seyed Hossein Naghavi Hosseini, the Iranian delegations is scheduled to hold talks with the Latvian officials.

The visit of the Iranian delegation to Riga is taking place at the invitation of the head of Iran-Latvia Parliamentary Friendship Group.

Iran's parliamentary delegation will meet with the head and the members of Iran-Latvia Parliamentary Friendship Group, Chairman of Committee on Foreign Affairs, Latvian foreign minister and a number of Latvian high-ranking officials to review ways to widen cordial ties in the political, economic and cultural areas.
