The President made the remarks here on Monday while addressing the opening ceremony to mark the National Village Day.
Pointing to the tragic incident in Mina, President Rouhani extended his condolences to the families of the victims and elaborated on the government’s follow-up procedures.
He said Iran is the first country to bring the holy bodies of Mina victims to their homeland.
“The government is aware of its duties and will continue its efforts regarding the issue,” he asserted.
He noted that the message of the innocence of the Hajj pilgrims who lost their lives was conveyed to the world leaders during the recent United Nations summit.
Pointing to the nuclear deal struck between Iran and 5+1, Rouhani ensured that Iran will accomplish all-out removal of sanction on the first day the deal is implemented.
He stressed that national pride is not allocated to any specific group and every party in the country must be involved in national achievements.
