TEHRAN, Sep. 20 (MNA) – Pointing to the enemies’ efforts to make the Islamic aspect of Revolution unstable, Iran’s Parliament speaker said conspiracies against the Islamic Republic are growing rapidly.

During an open session of Iranian Parliament on Sunday, Ali Larijani pointed to the Leader’s recent remarks on the enemies’ attempts to infiltrate into critical centers of country and said that, “the enemies are setting the ground for infiltration and they plan to affect decision-making centers and organizations.”

“The guidelines of our Leader, both at the time of Imam Khomeini and Ayatollah Khamenei, are great honors for the Revolution,” asserted Larijani adding that their guidance forms the criteria for the true line of Islamic thought against which all the matters must be measured.

Referring to the machinations of the enemies, the Parliament speaker said that, “at a time when enemies’ intrigues are increasing day by day, we need to have more integration and unity in order to eliminate the enemies’ deceptions."

Larijani further called on IRGC and the cultural organizations of the country to take proper measure in confronting the enemies’ conspiracies emphasizing that the Leader has assigned the critical role of protecting the Revolution upon IRGC forces.

Elsewhere in his remarks, Ali Larijani pointed to the Israel’s attack on Al-Aqsa Mosque adding that, “over the past few days we have observed Israel’s appalling behavior in Al-Aqsa Mosque; it seems that the Zionist Regime is taking advantage of the turbulent situation in the region to make an insult to the first Qibla of Muslims.”

“Unfortunately, the Islamic world is playing possum and is deliberately ignoring the important issue of Palestine and Al-Aqsa Mosque,” noted Larijani emphasizing that, “all Muslims must feel responsible towards this issue and fortunately, Iranian people are alert and they held demonstrations against Israel’s behavior on Friday.”

Condemning the heinous act of the Zionist Regime, the Parliament Speaker called for the interference of communities as well as the OIC in order to defend the rights of the oppressed Palestinians.

Parliament speaker also referred to the tragic incident of crane collapse in Mecca and said that the Saudi government's inattention and negligence caused this very tragic accident which resulted in the death and wounding of a large number of pilgrims. He added that the Saudi government should feel responsible and provide best facilities for the Muslims who visit Saudi Arabia from all over the world.

Expressing his condolences to the families of the deceased people in this accident, Larijani demanded the Saudi government to deal with this issue in the shortest possible time and provide the welfare of all the pilgrims.
