Mohsen Jalalpour, the chairman of Iran's Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines and Agriculture received Czech Foreign Minister Lubomir Zaoralek on Sunday in Tehran.
During the meeting, the visiting Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic boasted the history of relations between the two nations and voiced hope that after the Vienna agreement of July 14, the two countries open a new chapter in cooperation.
Machinery equipment, medicine, and transportation are the areas of Iran- Czech cooperation in this new age, said the Czech official.
Also Zaoralek expressed hope for sharing experience in fields of privatization, retirement system, and anti-corruption campaigning.
He said that a visit to Prague four months ago by the Iranian minister of economy has paved the way for exploring new ways of cooperation between the two countries.
The Czech foreign minister said that Prague is ready to share experiences with Tehran on privatization as Iran is seeking to adopt new policies to make use of experiences of other countries in privatization.
Jalalpour for his part referred to geopolitical and geo-economical location of Iran that provides access to a market of 400 million people, calling it a desirable opportunity for joint projects.
The Chairman of Iran's Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines and Agriculture voiced expectations from the Czech Republic in showing reciprocal respect and having a serious presence in economic projects in the region.
The Iranian official hoped for a new round of cooperation between Iranian and Czech chambers of commerce.
Zaorálek broke the news that a delegation of Iranian merchants is due to visit Prague in the first quarter of 2016.
