TEHRAN, Aug. 23 (MNA) – President Hassan Rouhani has officially invited his Kyrgyz counterpart Almazbek Atambayev to pay an official visit to Iran.

Iranian Ambassador to Bishkek Ali Najafi on Saturday submitted the invitation letter to Foreign Minister of Kyrgyzstan Erlan Abdyldayev.

Pointing to Rouhani's first foreign visit to Kyrgyzstan in September 2013, Kyrgyz foreign minister said that Kyrgyz president's visit to Tehran is of special significance

"Iran and Kyrgyzstan enjoy abundant capacities for promotion of ties and boosting friendship," Abdyldayev said.

Pointing to the nuclear deal reached on July 14, he said the deal is a major achievement resulting from the resistance of the Iranian government and nation.

Expressing satisfaction with the growing relations between Tehran and Bishkek, Iranian ambassador said the visit to Iran by the Kyrgyz president would be a new step in all-out relations between the two nations.
