TEHRAN, Nov. 09 (MNA) – Tehran hosts the 2nd international structure, frontage and related industries exhibition, November 8-11 in the city’s International Permanent Fairground.

The opening ceremony was attended by deputy minister of Roads and City Planning, head of Iran’s Trade Development Organization, some parliamentarians and the heads of trade associations and guilds. The newly-launched exhibition has stolen the limelight among the construction and engineering companies thanks to the importance of retrofitting and beauty of the buildings which the exhibition features.

The second exhibition will bring together active domestic companies as well as foreign firms producing structures and building frontage from South Korea, Finland, Thailand, Sweden, Brazil, and the US. The exhibition displays the construction materials in six major categories of building frontage in traditional architecture, modern frontages, metal structures, concrete structures and modern technologies in structures, and related industries and facilities.

Composite, glass, stone, brick, granite,  marmarite, concrete, and gypsum exteriors; machinery and equipment for cutting, machinery and production of composite plates, cover plates, pre-built canals and water collecting exteriors, decorative stone, travertine and granite exteriors cladding structures, thermal and acoustic insulators, CLC light wall blocks, exterior and interior composite cover, PVC double-glazed panel, double-laminated, composite steel roof, aluminum composite sheet for exterior and interior shots, shots with modern Bordeaux fiber-cement, composite ceiling, polystyrene cornice and related tools, a variety of sandwiches of wall panels, insulation for exterior plaster, ecological buildings, interior and exterior design features residential and commercial office buildings and related equipment are displayed in the exhibition.

More than 75 domestic and foreign countries present the interested public with the latest technologies and products in construction industry. The exhibition seeks to attract due attentions to urban  beauty in line with Iranian-Islamic culture, to bring innovations and potentials on structures and exterior industry, to provide a venue for companies to exchange technologies and to attain global standards of construction.

The interested public could visit the exhibition everyday till November 11, 9AM-16PM in Tehran International Permanent Fairground.
