TEHRAN, Mar. 12 (MNA) – Kilka is the Russian name to cultriventris fish which is a member of the herring family, Clupeidae, and a brackish to fresh water fish native to the Black, Azov and northern Caspian Seas and nearby lakes and rivers. It is rich in protein, vitamins and calcium.
