Foreign Ministry report recounts 18 US breaches of JCPOA: MP

TEHRAN, Oct. 24 (MNA) –An Iranian Member of Parliament told the media that the report of Iranian foreign ministry submitted to parliament recounts 18 cases of US breaching of the JCPOA.

“The seventh report of foreign ministry, drafted upon the bill of ‘the reciprocal countermeasure of the Islamic Republic of Iran in implementing the JCPOA, is different from the former ones,” said Heshmatollah Falahatpisheh, Iranian MP, on Tuesday.

The Iranian lawmaker was touching upon the latest report of Iran’s ministry of foreign affairs on the implementation of Iran nuclear deal mainly known as the JCPOA (the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action) in Iran submitted on last Wednesday to the parliament.

“It is different because this one is mainly influenced by recent violations of the agreement made by the US and Trump’s decertification of Iran’s compliance with the deal,” commented the Iranian legislator.

“The recent report is specifically about the Americans’ efforts to derail the JCPOA, so much so that the foreign ministry has delineated 18 blatant cases of breach of the agreement made by US,” stated Mr. Falahatpishe.

“The foreign ministry has forwarded ten letters to Ms. Mogherini in this regard, and the base of the report is on the continuation of sanction-era situation in areas of maritime transportation, oil and gas export, and the return of the revenues,” opined the law-maker.
