TEHRAN, Jan. 01 (MNA) – A ceremony named Taklif Celebration was held by Tehran's District 17 Municipality for young school girls who are old enough to observe religious duties at Tehran’s Milad Tower on Tuesday.
Taklif Celebration is a celebration for a Muslim youth turning the age of observing religious duties.
