TEHRAN, Apr. 09 (MNA) – RT has cited WikiLeaks’s claim that the Panama Papers data leak ‘which targets Russia and [the] former USSR’ was funded by the US Agency for International Development (USAID) and American billionaire George Soros. WikiLeaks said that the US government's funding of such an attack ‘seriously undermines its integrity.’
