Meysam Taheri, the head of the High Council of Iranian Affairs Abroad told Mehr News that in addition to 400,000 Iranians inside, 900 other Iranians abroad cooperated with the government.
“If Iranian charitable school constructors abroad cooperate, we will be profited from their capacities in cultural development of the country,” he asserted.
Mohammad Reza Hafezi, the Head of Iranian Society of Charitable School Constructors expressed his gratitude for establishment of Special Center for Iranians Affairs Abroad (System 2777) and its achievements. “ For sure, to attract even single Iranian individual, and trust-building and inspiring his intrinsic interest to his native land would be of bounty for all of you, who serve them in full honesty,” he added.
During the meeting, Ali Sha’bani, the Logistics and Formalities Deputy of the High Council and Head of Special Center for Iranians Affairs Abroad provided a description of objectives for establishment of Special Center.
“Urgent needs of Iranians abroad for interactions with inside and handling their judiciary, legal, consular, economic, etc. problems, and the lack of a high-level government center to address their problems provided enough motivation for establishing the Special Center in 2009,” he said.
