TEHRAN, Nov. 8 (MNA) -- Iranian diver Ghaem Mirabian retired from the national team on Tuesday.

The 30-year-old diver has won five gold medals in the Asian Pacific Age Group Swimming & Diving Championships and West Asian Championship.

“Iran has so many talented divers, however, suffers from the lack of the facilities. I’ve gained so many experiences over the past years and I want to share my knowledge with the youngsters,” Mirabian said.

Ghaem Mirabiam will officially quit from the national team in the Iran’s Diving Championship to be held in December.
