Maedeh Birang, Tania Jahanshahi, Maryam Dini, and Somayeh Esmaeili have scored for the Iranian team.
On Monday, Iran is scheduled to play against Turkmenistan, followed by matches against Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan on Friday and Sunday, respectively.
The tournament is currently taking place in Dushanbe, Tajikistan, from April 19 to 28.
Five teams are competing in an exciting single round-robin format.
