TEHRAN, Apr. 06 (MNA) – Local media in Syria reported a bomb explosion in the south of the country in Daraa province that killed eight children on Saturday.

Sources told Lebanese Al-Mayadeen new network on Saturday that eight children were killed when a bomb exploded in Al-Sanamayn town in the suburb of Daraa in the south of Syria.

In addition of the 8 children of whom 4 were brothers, another child was injured and was transferred to the hospital

Also on Friday, a bomb that had been planted in a lorry exploded in Al-Sanamayn but there were no reports of any casualties.

Therefore, today's blast was the second in a matter of hours since yesterday in Al-Sanamayn.
