TEHRAN, Mar. 23 (MNA) – The Iranian Foreign Minister says the recent developments in Gaza displayed Israel’s anti-human nature and the White House’s support for the genocide against the Palestinians.

In a phone conversation on Friday, Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian and Secretary General of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad movement Ziyad al-Nakhaleh discussed the latest developments in Palestine and the Gaza Strip.

Amir-Abdollahian said the recent developments in Gaza displayed Israel’s anti-human nature and the White House’s support for the genocide against the Palestinians.

The Iranian minister hailed great resistance of the Palestinian people and the resistance front in the face of Israel’s atrocities and informed Nakhaleh on Iran’s diplomatic moves in support of Palestine.

The top Iranian diplomat urged the responsible international organizations to take an urgent act to stop the killing of innocent people in Gaza and the occupied West Bank.

Amir-Abdollahian said world bodies should immediately send humanitarian aid to Gaza in all areas without any restrictions.

Israel unleashed its US-backed war on Gaza on October 7 after the Palestinian resistance movement Hamas carried out its historic operation in retaliation for the regime’s intensified atrocities against the Palestinian people.

However, almost six months into the campaign of death and destruction, the regime has failed to achieve its objectives of “destroying Hamas” and finding Israeli captives despite killing at least 31,900 Palestinians, mostly women and children.

The senior Palestinian official, for his part, said the resistance forces enjoy high power after six months of Israel’s hostilities.

He said unity and coherence among the Palestinian resistance groups played a leading role against Israel.

Nakhaleh thanked Iran’s diplomatic efforts at regional and international arenas in support of the Palestinian people and the Axis of Resistance.

In a telephone conversation with Ismail Haniyeh, the head of the Hamas political bureau, on Thursday, Amir-Abdollahian said Israel’s Benjamin Netanyahu has led the regime into a quagmire in the Gaza Strip and now he has reached “the end of the line.”
