The top Iranian diplomat arrived in Beirut Friday evening at the head of a delegation to consult with the country's officials about bilateral relations and current developments in the region and the situation in Gaza.
Amir-Abdollahian and Lebanese caretaker Foreign Minister Abdallah Bou Habib had met in New York last month.
Syria and Qatar are the next destinations of his trip.
This is the third visit of the Iranian Foreign Minister to Beirut after the Al-Aqsa storm operation and the Zionist regime's subsequent aggression, which have resulted in death of over 28,000 innocent Palestinians, mostly children and women so far.
