TEHRAN, Feb. 06 (MNA) – Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev appointed Olzhas Bektenov as the new prime minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan, according to a presidential decree signed on Tuesday.

Bektenov, 43, had served as the head of the state anti-corruption agency before becoming the head of the presidential administration in April 2023.
