"The Cairo summit has concluded with an agreement of the Gaza aid deliveries," Fahmy said.
He added, however, that "the ceasefire in the Gaza Strip and the degree of condemnation was a point of disagreement" among the meeting participants.
"There were countries [at the summit] wanting to reproach only one side of the conflict," TASS quoted the Egyptian presidential spokesman as saying.
The Cairo Peace Summit, attended by various nations, including Iraq, Qatar, Turkey, Greece, Palestine, the Emirates, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Italy, and Cyprus, aimed to address the escalating conflict in the region.
Health officials in Gaza say the Israeli bombardment has killed thousands of people since October 7, when fighters from the Hamas Resistance movement launched an unprecedented large-scale attack against the occupying regime.
