VIDEO: River in Saqqez bursts its banks after heavy rain

TEHRAN, Mar. 09 (MNA) – The recent heavy rain in most provinces in Iran has caused the rivers in different places to burst their banks. The video footage shows a river in the city of Saqqez in the western province of Kordestan.
