VIDEO: At least 43 dead in fire at New Delhi factory

TEHRAN, Dec. 08 (MNA) – At least 43 people, mostly laborers, were killed in India’s New Delhi on Sunday when a fire raged through a handbag-manufacturing factory where laborers were sleeping.
