TEHRAN, Aug. 11 (MNA) – Following the failure of labor minister to win Parliament’s confidence vote in an impeachment session on Wed., Iranian President Rouhani issued a decree on Sat. appointing Mohseni Bandpei as Acting Minister of Cooperatives, Labor and Social Welfare.

After Iranian Parliament sacked the Minister for Cooperatives, Labor and Social Welfare, Ali Rabiei, on Wednesday, Iranian President Hassan Rouhani appointed an acting minister to run the ministry until he manages to introduce an eligible candidate to the Parliament.

Anoushiravan Mohseni Bandpei is appointed as Acting Minister of Cooperatives, Labor and Social Welfare, tasked with heading the ministry until Rouhani formally proposes a candidate for the post.
