TEHRAN, May 09 (MNA) – In response to US withdrawal from the nuclear deal, Iran’s foreign minister tweeted that he will launch a diplomatic effort to examine whether remaining JCPOA participants can unsure its full benefits for Iran.

Mohammad Javad Zarif’s tweet which came after the US president announced that the United States will pull out of the nuclear deal with Iran, said “in response to US persistent violations and unlawful withdrawal from the nuclear deal, as instructed by President Rouhani, I will spearhead a diplomatic effort to examine whether remaining JCPOA participants can ensure its full benefits for Iran.”

Zarif went on to stress “ the outcome will determine our response.”

United States President Donald Trump announced on Tuesday that the United States will withdraw from the JCPOA and reimpose sanctions at the highest levels on Iran.
