Mahnaz Shafiei’s photo ‘The Hands’ has to compete with a number of 187 other photos. This is the 21st edition of the photography exhibition.
The photos are being displayed in two different black and white galleries. There is also an exhibition of photography equipment on the sidelines of the photography contest.
