TEHRAN, Nov. 21 (MNA) – Iran and Thailand held their 4th consular meeting in Tehran on Monday, attended by consular directors from two countries.

In the meeting, a wide range of consular issues between the two countries were discussed and the two sides agreed to develop their cultural, economic co-operation and facilitate for the both countries’ people to travel more freely.

Also at the meeting, the two countries' officials reached an agreement to extradite the convicted individuals. 

Thailand's Foreign Ministry's consular director also met with Iran's Deputy Foreign Minister for Consular, Parliamentary and Iranian Affairs Hassan Ghashghavi.

Pointing to the good relations between the two countries, Hassan Ghashghavi expressed his hope for better consular and parliamentary ties between Tehran and Bangkok. He added that they will double their efforts to enhance their future co-operation.
