He is supposed to take part in the trilateral meeting of Iranian, Turkish and Russian foreign ministers tomorrow.
The meeting of the senior experts of the three countries was held in Tehran today.
Presidents of the three countries will also meet in Sochi, Russia on Wednesday Nov 22.
