Iranian footballer with Cerebral palsy (CP) managed to defeat Brazil in the second stage of the sportive tournament and secured a place among top four teams in the world.
The breath-taking and decisive match between Iran, the second top team in Group B, and Brazilians, Group A leaders, ended in a goalless draw by the end of regulation. The same result persisted through the first half of extra times though Hossein Tizbar managed to find the net for the Iranian side only one minute before the match ended.
As such, Persian footballer will play against Britain on Saturday in a bid to advance to the final round. Another semifinal match between Russia and Ukraine will determine the second leg of the final showdown.
