In a statement to SANA, the source said that this aggression confirms once again that the coalition’s support for terrorism at a time when the Syrian Arab Army and its allies make daily progress in fighting ISIL terrorist organization.
The source said that the General Command of the Army and Armed Forces warn against the risks of this escalations and its ramifications, calling on this so-called international coalition to not carry out such aggressive actions under any pretext.

Back on May 18th, the US-led coalition’s aircrafts attacked a Syrian Arab Army position on al-Tanf road in the Badiya desert, claiming a number of lives and causing material damage.
This coalition, which was formed and is being led by the US since 2014, has failed to stop the spread of ISIL, making no real results on the ground due to its lack of serious intent and its lack of coordination with the Syrian government. It has also committed dozens of massacres in the provinces of Hasaka, Raqqa, and Deir Ezzor, claiming the lives of hundreds of Syrian civilians.
