Abedi says that her piece tells the familiar story of the master and subordinate; a giant cockroach serves to man and after a while, it gets tired of his servitude and disrupts the rules of the game.
The American Black Film Festival (ABFF) is an annual event dedicated to showcasing quality film and television content by and about people of African descent, and supporting emerging artists to diversify the images and storytellers working in the entertainment industry. The event will be held on June 15-18.
