TEHRAN, Mar. 27 (MNA) – For the first time in Fajr Film Festival, 6 horror movies will be screened on each night of the 35th edition of the event.

While horror movies are not favored by filmmakers in Iran, this edition of the international cinematic event has paid special attention to this genre and has designated a new section called “horror at midnight” which screens a movie at 23:30 every night throughout six days of the event.

The selected movies to go on silver screen are produced in South Korea, Japan, Russia, Poland and Mexico and one Iranian movie which is slated to be unveiled in the event.

35th International Fajr Film Festival will be held on April 21-28 in Tehran.
