The mythical Iranian bird that never dies, ‘Simorgh’ which is sometimes equated with other mythological birds such as a "Griffin" or "Phoenix", is featured on the poster of Cinema Salvation section of the 35th edition of Fajr International Film Festival.
After unveiling the official poster, the organizers announced that entries from 12 countries would compete in the International Competition: China, Turkey, Colombia, Argentina, Lithuania, Poland, Bulgaria, Russia, Mexico, Indonesia, France and Spain.
