TEHRAN, Mar. 08 (MNA) – Minister of Economy of the Slovak Republic heading a delegation held talks with head of the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran on Wednesday in Tehran.

The visit of the Minister of Economy of the Slovak Republic, Peter Žiga, came in response to Ali Akbar Salehi’s recent visit to Slovakia during which the Iranian nuclear chief paid a visit to the European country’s nuclear facilities.

During the meeting on Wednesday, the two sides conferred on various issues of mutual interest and exchanged views on the latest status in the two countries’ cooperation and joint projects in the field of nuclear energy.

The high-ranking trade delegation of the Slovak Republic headed by Deputy Prime Minister for Investment of Slovakia Peter Pellegrini, accompanied by 35 representatives from the private sector have travelled to Tehran to hold talks with Iranian entrepreneurs.
