Tehran and Tirana have made great efforts for the development of all-round relations and promoting economic and cultural relations between the two countries.
Iran's Ambassador to Tirana, Gholam Hossein Mohammadnia, who was at the airport to bid farewell to the foreign minister, said the two countries have good relations and both are interested to expand relations in different economic, cultural, tourism and scientific domains.
